The Student Council (or StuCo) exists to give students a voice; develop leadership, character, and citizenship; and increase school pride and positivity through involvement in school activities. StuCo aims to be an organization that students can look up to.

The 2023-2024 HCS Student Council Faculty Advisor is Marc Kerby. Mr. Kerby is excited to take the role of Faculty Advisor and help the council as they work to improve the school from the students' standpoint.
